FMS Bid Process - FMS extends bids to potential vendors on an annual basis in 9 different categories (Grocery/Frozen, Meat, Coffee, Dairy, Medical, Textiles, Laundry/Warewashing, Housekeeping/Paper and Plastics and Housekeeping/Chemicals and Supplies). The vendors bid is analyzed for the best pricing, quality of product and service. Two vendors are then selected for each category. This allows you, the customer, the opportunity to purchase from two vendors that have committed to serving you with the standards mentioned above. We also have contracts with vendors that you may purchase from on a periodic basis, (i.e. Paint, Hardware, Equipment, Office Supplies, Furniture and many more)
